  • Our founder Gearard McGeown brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in both civil and residential construction. Throughout his career, he has contributed to some of Sydney’s major infrastructure projects, including the WestConnex and North West Rail Link, where he served as a lead carpenter. His extensive experience encompasses steel fabrication, reinforced concrete, and the installation and removal of complex formwork systems.

    In addition to his trade qualifications—holding a Certificate III in Carpentry—Gearard completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts and Production at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). After exploring his creative interests through film and media, he returned to the construction industry with a unique blend of technical expertise and creative communication skills.

    Today, Gearard is the Media Manager at All Innovative Building, where he is responsible for developing and managing the company’s digital presence. His role includes filming and editing video content, producing podcasts, and crafting effective social media strategies to showcase the company’s craftsmanship and innovation.

    Gearard’s diverse background allows him to bridge the gap between construction and storytelling—bringing the work, people, and vision of All Innovative Building to life through engaging and high-quality media.


  • Photographer & Videographer

    Monica brings over 15 years of imagery experience and a keen eye for detail. Our professional photographer to capture your next level photography & video, she knows how to make even the most camera shy tradie relax and capture the best of your team, jobs and craftsmanship.

We’re a team of professional creatives who have a unique view - our main man Gearard is a professional videographer, and also a carpenter, so he really brings this unique set of skills & knowledge to your advantage, he knows the ins & out’s of the job at hand and how to capture it beautifully, whilst making sure you receive the right content & imagery to celebrate your hard work, and create a presence online. 

Our professional photographer - Monica Pronk has over 13 years experience creating award-winning photography, so you can rest assured you’ll be in good hands.

We can put together custom packages, so you have your media sorted, we know what you need & also have plenty of add-on’s as every job is unique.
